Of course. Little Steps uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Are my personal details safe with Little Steps?
Little Steps practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at any time you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.
What are the refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Little Steps will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange.
Does Little Steps deliver Worldwide?
Yes , we will ship all over the world. International shipping costs provided on the Little Steps website are indicative only. We will contact you by email to confirm international shipping rates with you.
When will my order be sent?
Depending on availability of product, all orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched from Little Steps that day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive between 2-5 business days from leaving Little Steps .
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. To ensure your delivery arrives, we ultilise registered post on all our items so your delivery does not get lost. As all parcels need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
Australia wide delivery is a flat rate of $6.95 unless otherwise noted. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additonal shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to procesisng your order.
We offer free delivery for any order over $150.00, with the exception of extra heavy items and outer regional locations.
